The Conscious Investor Forum is a place where our subscribers can participate in useful conversations about investments. We want it to be a place where you can bring your questions as well as your thoughts and ideas.

We encourage everyone to be open, truthful and helpful. If we do this, then the forum will be another powerful tool for helping us achieve our financial and investment goals.

Amongst the posts, you will also find many opinions; some of them helpful, some of them may be wrong. In addition, much as we wish it were not true, members may post information that is biased, misleading or false. In the end, as conscious investors, you are responsible for the decisions you make about your own money. Never trust a single information resource, whether a post on this forum or a stock tip by the water cooler.

The forum is also a place where you can ask specific questions about using Conscious Investor. This ranges from technical issues to getting the most from its many features.

The following are examples of behavior that we do not allow in this forum.

ADVERTISING

Just as you don't like unsolicited advertisng in your email box, we don't like it on the boards. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized posts that advertise or direct users to another site, repeated off-topic statements, repeated posts of the same or similar content, and posting of any advertisement or solicitation without prior consent from Conscious Investor.

PROFANITY/VULGARITY

A post containing content that is deemed by Conscious Investor in its sole discretion to be obscene, abusive, hateful, racist or defamatory. This includes, but is not limited to, swearing, posting or linking to sexually explicit content, and making discriminatory remarks regarding gender, race, sexual preference or ethnicity.

PERSONAL ATTACKS & THREATENING BEHAVIOR

Continued posting aimed at a specific member that contain directly abusive, obscene, threatening or degrading language or overt threats of violence or harm toward a subscriber, or other individual.

INVASION OF PRIVACY & POSTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Posting of personal information including real name, phone number, employer, or address about an individual that has not been disclosed by the individual on the boards.

IMPERSONATION

Posting under the guise of another member or individual.

MULTIPLE ALIASES

Posting under more than one member name, this includes creating a new member name after a suspension or deletion.

COPYRIGHTED INFORMATION

Posting information that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.

FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION

Any information that is taken out of context or altered to change its original meaning.

As noted above, these are general definitions. We reserve the right to remove members or posts at any time as we deem serves the best interests of the community.

REMOVAL POLICY

We believe that all our subscribers will follow the above rules. However, if they don't we reserve the right to remove their post. Furthermore, on a case by case basis, the person's membership in Conscious Investor may be terminated.

INAPPROPRIATE POSTING

Roxburgh Securities, Price Value, Conscious Investing and affiliates reserve the right to remove any posting within the Forum that is deemed to be inappropriate in anyway. Any member who posts an inappropriate message will be given one warning by a member of our team. If the member continues to post inappropriate messages following the warning, the member will forgo their membership and their software license will be revoked immediately.
